[Cialug] Meeting - October 18th

I might be able to do this, I'll have to see how that week's going to be 
looking later on and I'll get back to you.

I can't take much as far as opinions on the last one as it's a group project, 
and the scope (for now) is limited as it'll be graded in a class.  We're 
LGPL'ing it and I hope it turns out good enough to keep maintaining and 
extending, even if I don't do the maintaining or extending.

I haven't been to anything but the installfest in the past couple of years.
