[Cialug] Anyone implementing ZenTrack (or similar)?

I've implemented OTRS (http://www.otrs.org/) in a couple of places.

It is like RT, but is much, much, much faster on PostgreSQL (compared  
to RT on the same and their MySQL only optimization)

Pretty easy to hack, and has a pretty good support for different  
information back-ends for customers and OTRS users. i.e.  Database,  
AD/LDAP
