[Cialug] CMS selections

We are still in the early (POC) stages of the implementation.
As we are an Oracle partner, we are using our Oracle tier as the
backend.
This way, our existing DBAs can manage the backend, leaving our admins
to work with rest of it.

They say it works with mysql, so I'm pretty sure you don't need Oracle,
it's
just what we have.
