[Cialug] Anyone implementing ZenTrack (or similar)?

I installed it on my laptop a couple of years ago to see what it was
like.  I liked it then, but I wasn't in a position to implement it.
Now I am in a position to implement it and I'm looking for feedback
from folks who have used it for awhile.

For those who've not heard of it, ZenTrack is a help desk
ticket/project management database with a Web front end.  I believe it
uses PHP and can talk to many different db's through PHP's db
abstraction API.  I intend to implement it under MySQL.
