[Cialug] homeland security

So... I called dell yesterday to order a server.. As I completed the
transaction, they stated they needed to ask me some "Department of
Homeland Security Questions" Those questions were:

What is this server being used for?
Where is your company located?
Where will the server be located?
What does your company do?

It seems really insane to me. I wonder if Dell, is using "Homeland
Security" as an excuse to collect some extra information. Anyone else
run into this?
