You mean like this?

[root at pancake ~]# uptime
  16:27:38 up 45 days, 17:25,  7 users,  load average: 2.10, 2.04, 2.01

Running 2 Folding at Home clients (you have to do that to use all of the 
CPU on the multi-threaded Xeons). It's all nice'd, so it doesn't effect 
the other app's performance much.
