It's a bootable Linux CD that does the "ghost" thing. I've used it in 
the past to clone a 30gb drive from a laptop, and it took much less than 
36 hours.

There are a few other ghost clones, including one called g4u that's 
based on a NetBSD floppy. Just search on freshmeat for "ghost".
