[Cialug] OT: Windows Anti-Virus

Regarding oss, I recently tried ClamWin, and unfortunately I was
disapointed.
It didn't reach inside many archives, and it was very slow (it goes through
cygwin). 5-8 times slower than proprietary scanners; A 120Gb test drive took
over 17 hours.
