[Cialug] PowerDNS Recursor + heartbeat

I think that I have found a solution.  You can have heartbeat restart 
certain services when the IP moves from one box to another.  So, I just 
need to develop a script that will configure pdns to use the correct 
config file based on the IPs that are available.
