I've been using a Treo 600 for several months, I really like it. It's
been very stable for me, and I use the mobile browser a lot. T-Mobile
has an unlimited data plan, which most other vendors don't... but I
realize that they might not have good coverage out in the sticks where
you are. :)

I had a bit of a scare a couple weeks ago - I had the Treo in my pocket,
and when I pulled it out, there was a dime wedged in the data / recharge
socket on the bottom, and it wouldn't power up. After I got home, I
plugged it in to the charger, and it rebooted - but had I had to restore
everything on it. Since then I've been careful not to put it in a pocket
with loose change.

Having the features of the 650 might be nice - Bluetooth, higher res
screen, faster processor... but the 600 works really well, and I've
heard the 650 can be a bit unstable.

You can find Treo 600's on Ebay sometimes...
