Large corporate accounts get additional discounts.  I have been buying 
PE750s for around $910-999 for a basic minimal system.
1x2.8Ghz, 512M, 1 x 40G HD

How'd you manage that from Dell? That's roughly what I pay for no-name 
servers from our OEM in california.
