[Cialug] fixed my 'no route to host problem'

My router loves to give its own IP as a DNS, and any time that makes
its way into resolv.conf, bad things happen. It first happened in
Ubuntu and each time I tried to delete its 192.whatever line, it
would autoconfig back in with each reboot. With my latest exploits
with Debian, it had snuck in there again. Hopefully it will not do it
at reboot.

Anyway, now that I have the right DNS entries, everything is working.
Now to learn how to use apt-get besides just 'update'. :) Oh, and I
got the config and sources.list file populated by copying examples
found nested in a doc folder somewhere.
