Order of Business
  1) Officer Elections
  2) New Business
  3) Presentations

1. Officer Elections
  A. The following people have been voted in to office
     positions:
      David Champion - President
      Bryan Baker    - Vice President
      Dan Juliano    - Secretary
      Brad Karsjens  - Treasurer
      Kevin Smith    - Sgt. At Arms
  B. Initially, the required quorum of 75% of paid membership was not
available for a vote to take place.  However, bylaws allow 50% of paid
membership to make amendments to the bylaws, and thus an amendment (see
earlier posting to mailing list) was voted in that allowed elections to take
place during the second month of the year regardless of attendance, but
election results can be contended and reversed upto and during the following
meeting, but not after.  Thus a vote on held positions was able to take
place, with 50% of the paid membership present.
  C. It was agreed that according to bylaws, Webmaster is not an elected
position.
