[Cialug] actiontec modem with high load

I'm surprised that's even possible. Amazing what 1.5Mbps can do.

Back when I was still running Qwest firmware on mine it seemed to
always have a load average of 1.0. I think it's the way they
do monitoring of stuff that creates such a high load.  However, now
that I've got OpenWrt on this box it maintains a much more reasonable
load, usually about 0.0.
