[Cialug] php and imap

There are two parts to what you are doing, one is php-imap, that is the 
only one that I know of that you need with php. With redhat/fedora 
systems it comes with one called dovecot that is actually pretty nice. 
It can authenticate from pam/passwd files, databases, etc. and can do 
mbox and maildir.
