	I can have vnc render the output of a single application running on a
remote system?  aka

ssh -f user at machine xterm

	and have the output of that xterm appear on my local machine?  Every
time I have used vnc it merely mirrors the whole screen remotely (that's
why I refer to it as frame-buffer based).
