Nothing, but if you match on say, 515288 numbers you might let it through,
or, you can match only specific numbers - your parents, your girlfriend
(current one), work, or whatever and allow those to ring through.  It's not
perfect but there are some ways to make it better than not getting a CIDnum
or just picking up a ringing phone(bleck!)
 
using scripts like the ant-telemarketer one you can put the caller into menu
hell if you want: "press 1 if you are a human, press 2 if you are a machine"
"you have identified yourself as human, press 1 if you are a democrat, 2 if
you are republican, or 3 to listen to something completely different"
