[Cialug] Stunnel XML-RPC

I didn't think it would either...  I really need to find a way to
encrypt the data that is exchanged.  Using stunnel on both ends is
proably a better solution that installing apache/modssl on the windows
and using a local web site the exchange the information.

I see that RedHat uses sometype encrypted XML-RPC service in up2date,
but I don't see the libaries for that in any of XML-RPC examples for the
.net development platform.
