I have taken several UPSs to Interstate All Battery to get replacement batteries for them. They have also replaced laptop batteries. They always seem to bend over backwards and have excellent customer service. Just thought I would relate this to anyone who would rather recycle a UPS and battery rather than throwing one away. I don't have any affiliation other than being a customer. -Nate
