It's meant for both. I would encourage people to bring in anything they 
want help with - you could say it's a combo Installfest / Tweakfest.

I'm planning to bring in a PC I'm trying to get MythTV to work with a 
PVR-250. I'm "almost" there, but apparantly having trouble with the 
tuner settings.
