It's friggin scary.  I'm not a zealot for disagreeaging with it.  I 
can't even believe that anyone computer savy or no, that has an inkling 
of understanding the english language, would agree to it.  Take the time 
to read it and you might be surprised that that you've never purchased a 
copy of Windows software.  They maintain ownership, you're just 
purchasing a license to use it.  Oh, that and they can revoke your 
license for (legal mumbo jumbo) basically any reason they see fit.  It 
goes downhill ( a long way downhill) from there.
